You Can!
AoA inspirational Health Stories

You Can! Campaign Asked Partners To Identify Older Individuals With Inspirational Health Stories.

AoA received over forty entries from older adults who made positive lifestyle changes in their food choices and physical activity. We're excited to present to you the winners of the You Can! inspirational stories contest. We hope they inspire other older adults to make changes toward a healthier lifestyle!
