21 years.

What made you start going to the center?

Friendship. Just lost my husband. Always wonderful staff.

What kinds of activities do you enjoy at the center?

Golf, pitching, car racing, and exercise!!!!

How has the center helped you Age Well and Live Well?

Lots of love. Friends. Good food. Exercises. Crafts

Do you volunteer at your senior center or at other community organizations?

Yes.

What advice would you give to young people today on how to live a good long life?

No drugs. Stop smoking. Have respect for self and others. Try wearing decent clothes.
