3 children who live in DC, Sacramento, and Columbus. All have good educations and good jobs. I'm proud of them.

Do you visit a senior center?

Yes, Grady County.

How long have you been attending the center?

2 years.

What made you start going to the center?

I was new in the area and looking to meet people. This place was ideal.

What kinds of activities do you enjoy at the center?

All of them, especially the outside.

How has the center helped you Age Well and Live Well?

Makes me want to get dressed and meet my new friends.

Do you volunteer at your senior center or at other community organizations?

I volunteer whenever they need me, and at the Catholic church.

What advice would you give to young people today on how to live a good long life?

Love, laugh, and be happy.
